Woodford Lee Martin Jr., 60, Fillmore, MO passed from this life on Wednesday, August 5, 2015. He was born April 26, 1955 in St. Joseph, MO. to Woodford L. Sr. & Zelma "Bobbie" (Barker) Martin.
Woodie's passion was operating his bulldozers & dirt work. He ran Martin Soil Conservation for many years.
He also enjoyed fishing, riding his Harley Davidsons, and woodworking. He loved his family and friends and will be dearly missed.
Survivors include his two sons, Dirk Martin of St. Joseph and Cody Martin of Fillmore, MO; one daughter Danica Steeby of Fillmore, MO; seven grandchildren and his former wife and caregiver, Paula Martin of Fillmore, MO.
Memorial Celebration of Life will be 11:00 AM Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home; Savannah, MO. The family will receive friends 10:00 - 11: 00 AM Saturday August 8 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah. Burial will be in Bennett Lane Cemetery north of Savannah at a later date.
