Troy Eugene Nickels, 55, passed away Friday, August 10, 2018 at Shady Lawn Nursing Home in Savannah after a battle with cancer.
Troy was born November 21, 1962 in St. Joseph, MO to Robert & Carrol (Gall) Nickels.
Troy was a very gifted artist and drew portraits of various people he met. He lived Phoenix Arizona for several years and Panama City Florida for three years before coming back to MO.
Troy was preceded in death by his mother and step-mother Maggie Nickels.
He has been cremated and private inurnment will be at Bennett Lane Cemetery at a later date. Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home Savannah, MO is in charge of local arrangements.
