Thomas "Tommy" H. Belcher, 61, Savannah.  MO, passed away Sunday, November 3, 2019 at a local hospital in St. Joseph, MO. He was born November 10, 1958 in Cameron, MO to Thomas L. & Hazel Marie (Gott) Belcher.

Tommy loved his girls, grandchildren, and family.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and visiting with family and friends.

He is survived by his daughters; Lora (Brad) Howerton of Brookfield, MO, Nancy Belcher (Zack Bunse) of Cosby, MO, and Violet Belcher of Brookfield, MO; four grandchildren; brother, Lewis Laughlin of Savannah; sisters, Francis Laughlin of Savannah and Karen Melsness of St. Joseph.  He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Deloris Baggio, Ruth Linley, and Pam Ashler; and an infant son.

Family visitation and receiving hours will be Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home Savannah, MO. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home Savannah, MO.  Inurnment will be at a later date.  Memorials may be given to Andrew County Food Pantry.
