Stacey Bennett, 51, St. Joseph, MO, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, MO. She was born December 22, 1964 to Donald Ritzinger and Yvonna (Reinert) Wilson in St. Joseph.
Stacey loved her children and grandchildren. She was a hard worker who loved music, dancing, and a cold one. To know Stacey was to love her and she never left without saying "I love you".
Stacey is survived by her beloved grandmother Melva Reinert; Mother Yvonna Wilson; two sons, Tyler and Bryson McCray both of St. Joseph; one daughter, Chantaia Bennett of St. Joseph; two step-daughters, Nalyssa Bennett and Natasha O'Connell both of St. Joseph; five brothers, Richard, Ronnie, Rick & Sue Wilson, Jody, and Timothy Wilson all of St. Joseph; seven sisters, Lorie & Ronnie Richardson of St. Joseph, Becky Ritzinger of Helena, Donna, Dora, Melissa, and Lisa Ritzinger all four from St. Joseph, Krystal & Ricky Phillips of Savannah; eight grandchildren, Kaylee, Kera, Dayton, Adalynn, Cami, Zander, Mia, and Zade. She was preceded in death by her father Don Ritzinger, step-father Richard Wilson, and one brother Harvey Smith.
A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00PM Friday, April 1, 2016 at Gladden-Stamey Funeral Home in St. Joseph, MO. Visitation and family receiving hours will be Thursday, March 31, 2016 from 6:00PM - 8:00PM at Gladden-Stamey Funeral Home in St. Joseph, MO. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Joseph, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gladden-Stamey Funeral Home.
