Scott Allen Keely, 67, of Country Club, Missouri passed away Thursday, March 23rd, 2023 at his home. He was born July 15 ^th , 1955 to Clyde and Lila (Ott) Keely.  He married Shelly Holt at Wyatt Park Christian Church in St. Joseph, MO on May 3 ^rd , 1980 and she survives of the home.

Scott had his private pilot's license and had a passion for aviation and flying with his friends and family. He was first a paramedic, then he also became an airframe and power plant mechanic. He was an original founding member of The New Generation Singers. He was a faithful servant of the Lord and never missed their performances. Scott enjoyed traveling the country with The New Generation Singers to spread the Lord's message to all. Scott was an avid, lifelong Chiefs fan. He enjoyed boating, jet skiing, auctions, storytelling, and spending time with his granddaughter.  Scott never missed activities, sports, or events for his children near or far and was a constant support of their dreams and aspirations.

Survivors include his wife, Shelly Keely of Country Club; daughter Kristin Keely (Connor) of St. Joseph; son, Kyle (Jessica) Keely of St. Joseph; sisters, Michelle Keely of St. Joseph and Elizabeth Taylor of McKinney, TX; and granddaughter, Jocelyn Grace Keely.

Celebration of life will be held at a later date. Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home Savannah, MO is in charge of local arrangements.
