Roger R. Mueller, age 68 passed from this life on Wednesday, October 21th, 2015 at King City Manor, King City, MO. He was born January 1, 1947 in St. Joseph, MO to Clarence & Geneva (Fitzpatrick) Mueller.
Roger served in the US Navy earning a Vietnam Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Silver Star Medal. He was a member of the American Legion post #236 and the Eagles Aerie 3917. He ran track and field at Central High School where he held track records. He enjoyed fishing and Sprint car racing.
Survivors include his son, Kane & Victoria Mueller of Savannah; one sister, Gayle & Dennis Cross of Camden Point, MO; two grandchildren, Kale and Echo Mueller both of Savannah, and a nephew, Tad Heater of Missouri City, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside Celebration of Life will be at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 28 at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Joseph, MO. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Joseph, MO.
