Richard Lee Caywood, 82, of Fillmore, MO passed away Thursday, August 10, 2017 at his home in Fillmore, MO. He was born in Fillmore, MO September 2, 1934 to Clyde & Violet (Pixler) Caywood. He married Imagene Lance on May 31 1957 and she survives of the home.
Richard was a great story teller. He enjoyed garden tractor pulls and anything to do with working on tractors. His family was number one and he loved the time he had with them. He was a person always willing to help. He was the local welder for all the neighbors.
He is survived by one son, Eddie (Denise) Caywood of Savannah; two daughters, Linda (Steve) Lance and Vickie (Shawn) Oliver both of Fillmore, MO; one brother, Donald (Ramona) Caywood of Savannah; seven grandchildren, Misty (Dustin) Schneider, Maggie (Steven) Bower, and Emma (Spencer Furst) Caywood, Casey (Ashley) Lance, Colby Lance, Caylee Lance, Brandon (Kristin) Rasnic and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Dorothy Jean Caywood.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at 10:00am at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah. Visitation will begin after 12:00PM Monday, August 14, and the family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah, MO. Burial will be in Fillmore Cemetery, Fillmore, MO.
