Joan Maxine Yuille, 79, Savannah, MO, passed away on August 5, 2017, at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph. She was born August 27, 1937 in Rea, MO to Floyd & Edna (Pittman) Zimmerman. She married John Kenneth Yuille on July 3, 1960 in Rea, MO and he preceded her in death in 1996.
Joan loved her family and was always there for them. She would help anyone and was a selfless person. She was a beauty operator and worked at Walmart in Savannah. She was a member of Savannah United Methodist Church. She enjoyed singing in the SUMC choir.
Survivors include her two sons, John "Rusty" Yuille and Mike (Sheri) Yuille both of Savannah; one sister Judy Freeman of Nixa, MO and three grandchildren, Austin, Ashlyn, and Kenzie Yuille. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and four sisters.
Funeral Services will be Friday, August 11, 2017, at 10:00am at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah. Visitation will begin after 12:00PM Thursday, August 10, and the family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah, MO. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Joseph, MO. Memorial contributions can be made to Savannah United Methodist Choir or youth.
