Jimmie Oren Jones, 83, Savannah, MO passed from this life on Sunday, February 7, 2016 in Savannah, MO. He was born March 25, 1932 in Gallatin, MO. to Oren and Ina (Rowland) Jones.
Jimmie married Alice Blythe on April 11, 1981 In Gallatin, MO, and she survives of the home. He enjoyed working puzzles, square dancing and could do just about anything.
Survivors also include, one son, David Jones, Savannah, MO; daughter, Sharon (Richard Fergison; step-son, Donald Murray, Las Vegas, NV; step-daughters, Annie Carter, Drexel, MO, Helen Stevens, Las Vegas, NV; grandchild, Jason Bish; step-grandchildren, Kristina Cassale, Dean Sr. great grandchildren, Christopher Bish, Sammy Bish; step-grandchildren, Dean Cassale, Jr. Alicia Picek, Preston; great great-granddaughter, Alexis Picek. Jimmie was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Kathleen (Harrison) Jones, two brothers, and two sisters.
Celebration of Life: 1:00 PM Friday, February 12, 2016 at Breit - Hawkins Funeral Home, Savannah, MO. Burial will be in Savannah Cemetery, Savannah, MO. No visitation is scheduled.
