Jeffrey Stan Martin, 66, of Savannah, MO, passed away on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at a local hospital in St. Joseph. He was born in Dodge City, KS on May 12, 1958, to Donald and Vera (Feldman) Martin. On April 12, 1980, he married Debbra Mae Gregory, in Fairbury, NE.

Jeff was the kind of man who never met a stranger. His easy smile and warm spirit drew people in, and he had a way of making everyone feel like family. He had a deep love for the simple joys of life—long days fishing on the water, the roar of engines at the racetrack, and cheering on his beloved Kansas City Chiefs and Nebraska Cornhuskers.

He sang with joy in the church choir and lived his life with faith, humor, and heart. Jeff loved golf, but nothing brought him more happiness than time spent with his family, including his two dogs Brandi and Zoey. He was a devoted husband, a proud and supportive father, and an endlessly fun and loving Papa. Whether it was watching grandkids perform, telling stories, or just being present, Jeff showed up—always with a joke in his back pocket and love in his heart.

He is survived by his wife, Debbra; his children Gregory (Kathryn Leonard) of Beaver, PA, Melissa of St. Louis, MO, and Trenton (Jodie Thompson) of Philadelphia, PA; and his cherished grandchildren, Cori Weathers and Winston Martin. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Larry Martin.

Visitation and family receiving hour will be 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah, MO, with a memorial service to follow at 10:00 a.m.
