Irvin "Butch" Wayne Burns II, 60, Savannah, Missouri, passed from this life on Monday, February 16, 2015 surrounded by family at Shady Lawn Living Center. He was born September 26, 1954 in Fairfax, MO to Irvin and Norma (Montgomery) Burns.
Butch loved to spend time outdoors: mushroom hunting, camping, fishing, and planting his garden so he could enjoy some fresh tomatoes. He will be greatly missed by many.
Butch was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors: son, Lloyd (Cortney) Burns; daughters, Christina (Robert) Reeves, Andrea Burns, Stephanie Burns; sister, Lori Burns; six grandchildren: Brianna, Rachael, MaryJane, Robert, AnnaBeth, and Owen; niece, Danielle, all of Savannah, MO. And many other dear loved ones.
Public visitation and family receiving will be Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home, Savannah MO from 1-2 PM. Memorial Celebration of Life will follow after at 2:00 PM, February 21. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Noyes Children's Home of St. Joseph, MO.
