Harold Rick Felts (Pepaw) 57 of St. Joseph, MO passed away on October 7, 2016 peacefully in his sleep. Rick is survived by his former wife Josie Anderson and his partner Cindy Elkins and his children Faith Wegenka, Levi Felts (Kim Felts), Jerrid Felts (Megan Spurgin), and Lexis Elkins; grandchildren Kaycia Williamson, Camron Felts, Madeline Felts, Kanon Felts, Lillian Rogers, Reese Felts, and Hunter Felts. He is predeceased by his mother Kate Wilson, his father Jack Felts and his stepfather Paul Wilson.
