Glen Norman Dunnihoo, 83, Savannah, MO. passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Missouri Veterans Home in Cameron, MO. He was born January 27, 1936 in Henry, South Dakota to Harry Ellis & and Sarah Belle (Boggess) Dunnihoo.   He married Norma Pritchett on June 30, 1966.

Glen spent most of his life in Savannah, MO. He honorably served in the The United States Army.  In 1967 he started his own company, Glen Dunnihoo Construction.  He ran his brick, block, and stone masonry company until he retired on January 24, 1998.  Glen enjoyed target shooting, motorcycles, golf, chess, gardening, yardwork, playing cards, getting out and visiting with people, and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his children, Ruth (Robert) Andres of Savannah, Beth Chalender of St. Joseph, Mike Dunnihoo of Aitchison, KS, and Randy Lee Dunnihoo of Kansas City, MO; grandchildren, Jamie Thompson, Rian Andres, Trenton Dunnihoo, Samantha Cook, Robby Andres, Jeanann Chalender, Triston Andres, Michelle Dunnihoo, TJ Chalender, Bryston Andres, Ridge Andres, Glen Chalender, Savannah Snyder, Aiden Andres, and eighteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation and family receiving hours will be Friday, May 31, 2019 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home, Savannah, MO.  Services will be Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 11:00am at Grace Evangelical Church, St. Joseph, MO.  Burial will be in Helena Cemetery, Helena, MO.  Memorial contributions can be made to the Helena Cemetery.  Bret-Hawkins Funeral Home, Savannah, MO is in charge of local arrangements.
