Gale Harvey Wright, 79 of Savannah passed away Monday, March 13th, 2023 at a local hospital in St. Joseph. He was born in Lusk, WY on August 5th, 1943 to Sherman and Mildred (Patton) Wright. He married Patricia Wright on April 30 ^th , 1993 in Savannah and she preceded him in death in 2007.

He was a true cowboy who loved dancing, playing golf, and being with friends.

Survivors include his children, Edward H. Wright of Yorkville, IL, Tanya Kenny of Waltrip, AL, and Angela (Timothy) Simpson of Danville, AL; nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.  Gale was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brother Lee Wright, and sister Shelly Wright

Visitation will be 1:00pm-3:00pm Friday, March 17th, 2023 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home, Savannah, MO.  Burial Will follow in Bennett Lane Cemetery, Savannah after visitation. In Lieu of Flowers a memorial can be made to his daughter, Angela Simpson. Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home, Savannah is in charge of local arrangements.
