Franklin "Frank" D. Reece, 75, Savannah, MO, passed from this life on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Heartland Hospital, St. Joseph, MO.
He was born January 30, 1939 to John and Ura Courtney Reece in St. Joseph, MO.
Frank enjoyed drinking coffee with friends, having family dinners and traveling. He worked for Boehringer Ingelheim for 38 years until his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, George, David, Joe, and Glenn Reece; sisters, Geraldine Trapp, Ernestine Donaly, Dorothy Nicholas and an infant sister.
Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Bob Roberts, Rea, MO and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside Celebration of Life will be 2 PM Monday, October 20, 2014 at Savannah Missouri Cemetery. Public visitation and family receiving hours 2 to 4 PM Sunday at Breit Hawkins Funeral Home. Memorial donations suggested to the American Cancer Society.
