Fay L. Marshall 72, St. Joseph, MO. passed away Nov. 22, 2015 at LaVerna Village in Savannah. MO. She was born June 30, 1943 to William & Alberta (Rickel) Walker Sr. She married Amel Marshall Sr. on December 25, 1967 in St. Joseph, MO.

Fay loved being with her family, playing bingo, feeding the fish and birds, and collecting anything Elvis.

Survivors include two sons, Dean & Angel Marshall Sr. of Waterloo, IA, and Amel & Dawn Marshall Jr. of CA; two daughters; Minnie & Shane Shipman of Savannah, and Louise DeSpain of St. Joseph; two sisters, Judy & Leo Shirley of Buffalo, MO, and Theresa & Jim Dubarr of St. Joseph; one brother, Bill & Susan Walker Jr. of St. Joseph; one stepson, James & Cheryl Marshall Sr. of Savannah; one step daughter Mary & Forrest Higgins of Wathena, KS; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Fay was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two infant sons, stepdaughter Tina Marshall and a sister Ella Velesquez.


Memorial Visitation will be Friday, November 27, 2015 from 6-8 PM at Gladden-Stamey Funeral Home in St. Joseph, MO.
