Ezra Brenden Lee Mohn, 19, of Fillmore, MO, passed away, July 24, 2021.

He was born Brenden Lee Barnett in Maysville, MO on June 2, 2002 to Chris Barnett and Tiffany Wood.  On August 10, 2017, he was adopted by Kenneth and Joanna Mohn of Fillmore, MO.  Ezra graduated from North Andrew High School and Hillyard Technical Center.  He attended Northwest Missouri State University where he was studying Graphic Design.

Ezra worshipped at Fillmore Christian Church and loved the Momentum youth group at Rosendale Christian Church.  Ezra enjoyed athletics, competing in cross country, wrestling, track and archery.  He also enjoyed fishing and skateboarding and was known for his amazing yo-yo tricks.  He had a special way with kids and was looked up to by many.  He is remembered and missed by many friends.

He is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Joanna Mohn, Tiffany Wood, Chris Barnett; his siblings Stephen Mohn, Joshua and Heidi Mohn, Rebekah Mohn, Caleb Mohn, Esther Mohn and Samuel Mohn; nephew, Thaddaeus Mohn; grandparents, Ronald and Elizabeth Mohn, Charles and Ruth Lehman and William Wood Jr.; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will welcome friends at the Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah, MO on Thursday, July 29 from 5 to 8 PM. A Funeral service will be held at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home at 10 AM on Friday, July 30. The family suggest that memorials gift may be made to Flaming Spirit Camp, Oregon, MO (www.flamingspirit.com).
