Doyle Elliott McCush, 70, of Amazonia passed from this life to the next on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 in St. Joseph.  He was born in St. Joseph on July 30, 1952 to Ralph & Helen (Elliott) McCush.

Doyle enjoyed reading, fishing, and his cats.

Survivors include his daughter, Amanda McCush of Amazonia, MO; brother, Gerald (Linda) McCush of Amazonia, MO; aunt, Ginny Hinkle of St. Joseph, MO; three grandchildren; good friends, Ada Silvey of Wathena, KS and Dennis and Susan Arn of Savannah; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation and family receiving hours will be 5:00pm-7:00pm, Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home, Savannah. MO.  Private family inurnment will be at a later date.
