Dorothy Pauline Clark, 93, St. Joseph, Mo passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at her home in St. Joseph, MO. She was born May 22, 1925 to Burt & Barbara (Berry) Daniels. She married Jack Clark
May 9, 1942 in St. Joseph, MO. and he preceded her in death on March 5, 1976.
Dorothy loved her family and spent many a good time with them all. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and Wheel of Fortune. The family gathered once a month for a family dinner. They also gathered once a year for the annual Christmas Tree Ornament exchange. She graduated Lafayette High School at the young age of 76.
Dorothy is survived by her sons, Ronnie Clark and Richard Clark both of St. Joseph; five daughters, Sandy (Donn) Wright of Savannah, Ruth Shepherd of St. Joseph, Vickie (Charles) Bish of St. Joseph, Pam (Wes) Russell of St. Joseph, and Janice (Steve) Clark of St. Joseph. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, husband; daughter, Jacqueline Nolan; two grandsons; two great-great-grandsons and one great-great-granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 8, 2019 at 2:00pm at Gladden-Stamey Funeral Home, St. Joseph, Mo. Visitation and family receiving hours will be 1:00pm to 2:00 pm on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 2:00pm at Gladden-Stamey Funeral Home, St. Joseph, Mo. Burial will follow in Ashland Cemetery, St. Joseph, Mo.
