Doris E. Rodewald, 95, of Savannah MO passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at her daughters home in Stewartsville, MO.  She was born on January 20th, 1929 in Flag Springs, MO to Henry & Mable (Patterson) Kowitz.  She married G. Kenneth Rodewald in Troy, KS on May 31, 1947 and he preceded her in death.

She enjoyed her family, gardening, and flowers.

Survivors include her daughter, Joyce Rinard of Stewartsville, MO; daughter in law, Gail Rodewald of Wathena, KS; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sons, David & Norman Rodewald.

Visitation and family receiving hour will be 2:00pm-3:00pm Friday, December 20th, 2024 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah, MO.   Funeral Services will be 3: 00pm Friday, December 20th, 2024 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Savannah Cemetery, Savannah, MO.  Memorial contributions can be made to Abundant Acres Care & Rehab, 13277 State Hwy D, Savannah, MO 64485.
