Donald Wayne Yates Jr., 52, of Savannah Missouri passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at his home in Savannah.  Donald was born on August 26, 1968 in St. Joseph, MO to Donald Yates Sr. and Florence Riddle.  Donald married Gemma Yates in Corpus Christi, TX. on December 13, 2005 and she survives of the home

Donald was a fun-loving person, provider, and he helped everyone he could.  He was proud to serve his country in the US Navy and was a very strong Christian believer.

Survivors include his mother Flo Riddle and father Donald Yates, Sr; wife, Gemma Yates; stepsons, Jyro Remanes of South Carolina and Ron Brian Christie of Las Vegas.  He as preceded in death by his grandfather, Floyd Williams.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 6:00pm, Friday, November 27, 2020 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home, Savannah, MO.  Visitation and family receiving time will be 5:00pm-6:00pm, Friday, November 27, 2020 at Breit Hawkins Funeral Home.  An inurnment will be at a later date in Leavenworth National Cemetery.
