Delpha D. Cooper, 88 of St. Joseph, MO passed away on Friday August 7, 2026 at her home in St. Joseph.  She was born on March 6, 1938 to Floyd & Beatrice (Gilbert) Williams.  She married Gary Cooper in Savannah, MO in May 1998 and he preceded her in death.

Delpha enjoyed shopping, singing, and her church.

Survivors include her children, Tony Cox of Lake Havasu, AZ, Dean (Linda) Culver of Savannah, and Shawn Culver of Savannah; grandchildren, Dakota Cox, Tyson Cox, Jamie Cox, Meghan Culver, Bailee Culver, and numerous great-grandchildren.  She was proceeded in death by her husband Gary Cooper, sisters Florence Riddle and Betty Merrit, and grandson, TJ Cox.

Visitation and family receiving hours will be 5:00pm – 7:00pm Wednesday August 12, 2026 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah, MO. Funeral services will be 11:00am Thursday August 13, 2026 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home.  Burial will follow the funeral services in Savannah Cemetery in Savannah, MO.
