David Alan Varner, 56, of Savannah, passed peacefully away on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at his home in Savannah, MO.
He was born in Kansas City, MO on December 12, 1960 to Donald Ray & Carol Jean (Silvara) Varner.
David was sincere straightforward person. He was an outdoor person who enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his parents; two daughters, Christina (Daniel) Hansen of Tacoma, WA., and Amie (Micah) Boswell of Rosendale, MO; one brother, John (Wanda) Varner of St. Joseph; one sister, Dana Anderson of Platte City, MO; two grandchildren, Bentley Boswell and Brodie Lynne Boswell; four nephews, Jason Willhoit of St. Joseph, Josh Anderson of Kansas City, Jonathan David Varner of St. Joseph, and Michael Anthony Varner of St. Joseph.
A Memorial Celebration of Life will be 7:00pm Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah, MO. Public visitation and family receiving hours will be Wednesday, May 10, 2017 from 6:00-7:00pm at Briet-Hawkins Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home.
