Daniel Thomas Riggs (Duke) 64, of Cosby, passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at his home in Cosby, MO.  Danny was born November 28th, 1955 in St Joseph MO to James and Betty Jean (Klawuhn) Riggs. He married Becky Lynn Berry in St Joseph MO in 1976 and she survived the home.

Danny was a mechanic at Riggs Wrecker and Automotive Service in which he worked for many years with his father. Danny loved tractors, working on stuff in his garage, gardening, watching Gunsmoke, and camping and setting lines in the River. He will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his wife; son, Travis (Vanessa) Riggs of Stewartsville MO; daughter, Traci (Shane) Johnson of St Joseph MO; grandson, Kilan Z. Johnson, and granddaughter, Dannilynn Riggs.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00pm Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home, Savannah, MO.  Visitation and receiving hours will be 12:00pm-2:00pm Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Civil Bend Methodist Cemetery south of Pattonsburg, MO.  Memorial contributions can be made to the American Red Cross.
