Cynthia "Cindee" Lynette McDaniel, 69 of Savannah, MO and formerly of Warsaw, MO passed away Saturday April 11, 2026 at LaVerna Manor in Savannah.  She was born in St. Joseph, Mo on November 9,1956 to John & Norma June (Jeffers) McDaniel.

She was a woman with the freest spirit who always did things her way, including cancer.

Cindee enjoyed shopping and was the Queen of QVC! She enjoyed gardening. She loved to travel and camp and enjoy a nice cold drink near the lake or the beach.

She went to the Art Institute in Kansas City, Mo as well as Missouri Western State College and Penn Valley Community College before deciding to move west to California. She lived there for many years before she relocated to Seattle, Washington.

She retired from the USPS in 2021 after more than 20 years. After retiring from the USPS, she moved back to her home state of Missouri from Seattle, Washington.

Survivors include her siblings, Stephen Allen of Soldier, IA and Jeffery Allen of St. Joseph, MO; niece & nephew, Amber (Norman) Banks of Savannah, MO and Stephen "Dusty" Allen of Beaumont, TX, great nieces & nephews, Tyler Oldaker, Kaylee (Gage) Wampler, and Bryson Banks; great-great nephew, Oliver Wampler; special friends, Suzanne Bienke and Cindi Zimmerman and her beloved dog, Jolene.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her grandparents.

The family will be having a Celebration of Life on a date to be announced.
