Cliff Watts Jr., 75, Bolckow, Mo passed away May 4, 2019 in Savannah.  He was born September 17, 1943 in Portsmouth, VA to John Sr. & Martha (Cohoon) Watts.

He loved his children and grandchildren.  He enjoyed boating, reading, electronics, and Ham Radio.  He was a member of the Army National Guard.  He attended the Virginia Military Institute.  He was the City Clerk for Bolckow, MO for over 20 years and he was a member of the Episcopal Church.

Survivors include his children, JC Watts of Savannah and Jenny (Phil) Burhoop of Savannah; brother, Willis (Terry) Watts of Smithfield, VA.; grandchildren, Will and Brooke.  He was proceeded in death by his parents.  Memorials can be made to The American Cancer Society.

Visitation and family receiving hours will be Wednesday May 8, 2019 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home, Savannah, MO.  Mr. Watts cremains will be taken to Virginia for inurnment at a later date.
