Cecelia Marie Snapp, 72 of Savannah passed away Saturday, January 14, 2023 at a local hospital in St. Joseph.  She was born April 15, 1950 to Milton Gale & Ursula F. (Nichel) Sprague.  She married Billy Dale Snapp in Troy, KS on January 5, 1970 and he survives of the home.

Cecelia enjoyed quilting, crocheting, and making blankets for family, friends and loved ones. She enjoyed gardening and baking holiday German stollen bread and enjoying luncheons with family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, children, Jeffery (April) Snapp of Rosendale, MO and Steve (Andrea) Snapp of Country Club, MO; four grandchildren; sibling's, Richard Sprague of St. Joseph, John (Emily) Sprague of Valrico, FL, Michael (Lola) Sprague of Country Club, Mo. and Scott (Gita) Sprague of St. Joseph, Mo.; numerous nieces, nephews, and family.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation and family receiving hour will be 10:00am-11:00am Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home Savannah, MO.  Funeral Services will be 11:00am Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date in the Kerns-Freeman Cemetery.  Memorial contributions can be made to Andrew County Meals on Wheels and Backpack Buddies.
