Billie Jo Beaver, 56, of St. Joseph, passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021 at her home in St. Joseph.  She was born September 28, 1964 in St. Joseph to Robert & Deloris (Belcher) Axtell.  She married Donald Bever in St. Joseph in 1989 and he survives of the home.

Billie was a devoted wife and mother and spent her life caring for her children and grandchildren. Billie was a fan of baseball, tennis, Abba, and Harry Potter. She was an avid animal lover and cared for many pets over her lifetime.

Survivors include her husband, Donald Beaver; sons, Ryan Axtell of St. Joseph and Anthony and Alexa Axtell of San Diego, CA; daughters, Kei Mooney of St. Joseph; stepdaughter, April Beaver of St. Joseph; brother, Jimmy Baggio of St. Joseph; sisters, Roberta Johnson, Sheila Thompson, and Rose Caples all of St. Joseph; grandchildren, Logan, Leslie, Katie, Raven, and Ben.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Deloris Axtell.

Visitation and family receiving hours will be Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 9:00am-10:00am at Breit Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah.  Funeral Services will be 10:00am Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Breit Hawkins Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Savannah Cemetery, Savannah, MO.
