Benjamin Louis Kendall, 63, Savannah, MO passed from this life on Monday, December 7, 2015 at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, MO. He was born December 8, 1952 in St. Joseph, MO. to Ellis & Alberta (DeSpain) Kendall. On July 18, 2009 he married Patricia L. Menard at St. Rosa Lima Catholic Church in Savanah, MO and she survives of the home.

Ben had a great sense of humor and was a very caring person. He loved The Lord, his wife, grandchildren, and his entire family. If you needed him, Ben was there. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, racing cars, and Ben knew everyone. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

Survivors include his wife Patty Kendall of the home; one daughter, Kim & Mark Thomas of Lincoln, NE; three brothers, Jim & Ilene Kendall and Ron & Sheryl Kendall both of St. Joseph, and Jeff Kendall of Fillmore, MO; Two sisters, Kathy Thompson of Jefferson City , MO , and Karen & Steve Tipton of Rosendale, MO; two grandchildren Cheyenne & Oliver Thomas, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; two nephews, Keith Tipton and Chad Kendall.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 10:00 AM, at St. Rose of Lima Parish in Savannah, MO. Visitation with the family will be Friday, December 11, 2015 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah, MO. A rosary service will be offered at 6:00 PM Friday evening. Burial will follow after the funeral service on Saturday in Savannah Cemetery, Savannah MO.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Ben Kendall Memorial Fund.
